Her experience ranges from marketing in a small hardware start-up to managing a customer service team in an established multi-million dollar annual revenue medium-sized Internet software company. She has a strong track record of success in customer retention, recognizing trends, and reviewing analysis to discover potential opportunities, as well as building the team necessary to design and deliver effective client solutions. In addition, she’s spoken worldwide at universities and conferences on using social media for competitive advantage and reputation management. MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
